I was planning on writing another article about another classic jazz artist, but I have had a bunch of things come up, so I need to write about something else instead.  So, as such, I am going to tell you about a local jazz concert by a famous jazz person and that is all for a good cause. 

Ramsey Lewis is a jazz musician and also a popular radio host on a number of smooth jazz radio stations across the country.  In Chicago, he is also involved in a jazz benefit for one of my favorite jazz radio stations, WDCB.  You can find information about this station, and even tune into them no matter where you are, by clicking on the link above and checking out the station.
